Triple Take

Overview

Triple Take turns a photo you choose into three progressive zooms with manga-style speed lines. Photo editing and image rendering happen on your device. The app does not upload your photos or editing settings to the developer, and the developer does not operate a server that receives them.

Photos and Local Editing

On iOS, the app uses Apple's system photo picker to receive only the photo you select. On Android, the app opens the Android system content picker and receives access only to the image you select. Neither selection gives the app access to your entire photo library. The selected image, focus position, zoom, and speed-line settings are used in memory during the app session; the app does not save them as persistent editing projects.

On iOS, when you choose Save to Photos, the app requests permission to add the finished images to your photo library. On Android, when you choose Save, the app writes the finished images to the shared Pictures/TripleTake folder through Android's MediaStore; it does not request permission to read your photo library. You can save three separate images or one joined image. The app does not automatically post or send the images to social networks or other services.

On iOS, refusing permission to add photos does not prevent you from using the editing features. You can change the app's photo permission in iOS Settings. Android's system picker and MediaStore handle the selected image and saved output on your device.

Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking

Triple Take has no account registration, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking across apps and websites. The app does not send personal information, photos, editing settings, or usage events to the developer or an advertising or analytics service.

Retention, Deletion, and Third-Party Services

Editing state is not stored as a project and is cleared when the app process ends. Images saved to Photos or the Android shared Pictures/TripleTake folder remain on your device after you delete the app. You can delete those images using your device's photo or gallery app. Deleting Triple Take does not delete your original photos or the images you saved.

Apple and Android manage their respective system photo pickers and photo storage services under their own policies. iCloud Photos may synchronize saved images if enabled in your device settings. If you later share or post saved images using another app or service, that destination handles the images under its own privacy policy.
